CoolerMaster Centurion 590 fans Rt

...As you can see here on the Rt hand side of the case (as you are facing it) the small CPU underside cooling port with a 70mm CPU long life, thermal censor fan mounted.

We would mount 4 feet on this side of the case to keep an air space between your upper surface and the case to allow air flow to this special fan.  We can NOT mount on the other side of the case though as it really needs several inches, 6” being recommended to allow inbound to gain velocity.

The odd texture you see on the front is actually 8 grated covers, each with a small insert of open cell foam for look and a little filtration.

I will need you to measure the surface of the location to be sure of the proper spacing of the feet mounted to the case side.

The basic orientation of the case will look like this.  I’ve angled the shot so you can see the upper “Blowhole” fan array that needs about 6” inches of clearance to be sure warm exhaust air does not reenter the case.

What was the left side is now the top.  These fans are pressure fans meaning that they blow air into the case and are the primary chipset and video card cooling array.  As such it is also important for these to have 6” or more of open air clearance.

To reduce dust buildup in the case and since the case top is not visible, you could put a Heating & Air conditioning pleated filter on top, perhaps just laying on top or taped on to a card board box that encompasses both fan ports.  This way you never have to take the case down to clean the interior... In fact I think I will make up something like this for you!

Note also that what was the underside of the case in now on the side and reveals the PSU fan which is very slow producing almost inconsequential flow for anything but itself.

Still, some air space should be allowed around this portion as well as the back of the case which has another “Blowhole” exhaust fan.

I hope this helps in your decision making process!
